Option 01
five days on, two days off
For those who need consistent daily support. Ideal for anyone transitioning off SSRI medication or requiring intensive mental and emotional scaffolding. Use with awareness — the goal is to no longer feel you need it.
Option 02
every other day
For those stepping down from Option 1 or wanting a regular but measured rhythm. The rest day integrates the previous day's experience and allows full receptor reset.
Option 03
every third day
For those on a path of deeper healing and conscious awakening. The dose here can be pushed to the comfortable upper limit. Set an intention for each day. Day 1: experience. Day 2: journal and process. Day 3: integrate and apply.

Take in the morning on an empty or lightly filled stomach. Some people take a lower dose before bed to assist with enhanced dream states.
what to expect
You should feel present and aware, but not overwhelmed. If you feel nothing, increase the dose next time. If it feels too strong, eat something — it will soften — then lower the dose next session.

Observe all thoughts, feelings and emotions that arise. Consider journalling your daily experiences. This is a healing modality designed to help you reach the root of your mental programming and conditioning.
